Long day's with patience she bore her pain

There is an unusual symbol of an S with three vertical lines, "this is actually the letters I, H, and S superimposed over each other. These represent the Greek letters Iota (Ι), Eta (Η) and Sigma (Σ), which are the first three letters of Jesus in Greek" Reference Link).
Additionally there is a broken lily pictured, "On old tombstones, if you see a drawing of a broken calla lily flower, it indicates someone who died before their time." (reference Link 2)

I couldn't find a reference, thought I did find another epitaph which read the same
